Dear Players and Parents,

For ambitious players aged 11–18 who aspire to compete at the highest level, Rackets Academy offers one of the Middle East’s leading junior high-performance tennis programmes.

More than 35 of the region’s top junior players have chosen Rackets Academy as their preferred training base, giving them access to elite coaching, outstanding facilities and a professional environment designed to help them reach their full potential.

Our players regularly compete internationally at ITF, Tennis Europe, TEN-PRO and Asian Tennis Federation events. Tournament travel is an essential part of the programme, allowing players to gain valuable competitive experience, test themselves against the world’s leading juniors and showcase their talent on the international stage.

Over the past 6 years, Rackets Academy has also developed a comprehensive full-time tennis and education programme. Through a flexible and closely monitored blended-learning model, players can balance their academic studies with the demands of training, international travel and competition.

A Complete High-Performance Programme

Every player’s development is carefully managed through an individualised programme covering technical, tactical, physical and mental performance. Our goal is to provide a supportive, professional environment in which every athlete can maximise their potential.

The weekly programme includes:

• Private coaching per player

• Semi-private training sessions

• Squad sessions

• Saturday morning match play

• Strength and conditioning

• Mental-performance support

• Physiopherapy

Each programme is adapted to meet the player’s changing needs. Additional services—including hitting sessions, match play, physiotherapy, NLP, yoga, pilates and foam rolling—can be introduced when required to create a genuinely personalised development plan.

World-Class Facilities

The school offers 4 indoor newly built tennis courts, allowing players to train on-site and significantly reduce unnecessary travel time.

Players also have access to a modern 2,003+ sqm gym, dedicated academic support and a specialised learning programme designed to ensure that their grades do not suffer as training and tournament commitments increase.

Rackets Academy also operates from dedicated courtside office space, with on-site programme administration and professional racket-stringing facilities.
